Conference committee reports

Conference committee reports include a signature page for the conferees who approve the report, the committee’s proposed version of the text, and a side-by-side analysis of how the proposed version, the senate version, and the house version of the text differ.

Copies of conference committee report printings are distributed to all members of the legislature. The reports from the 78th through the current session are available online as PDF files on the Legislative Reference Library’s website. The Legislative Archive System (LAS) on the library's website also contains conference committee reports in bill files from the 51st Legislature (1949) through the 77th Legislature (2001). Beginning with the 81st Legislature (2009), conference committee reports are available through TLIS on the legislative intranet.
