Although similar in format to nonsubstantive codes and revisor's reports produced by the Texas Legislative Council, the Business Organizations Code and the Business Organizations Code revisor's report are products of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and are not a part of the Texas Legislative Council's nonsubstantive continuing statutory revision program.
