State House
The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas ordered an interim plan (PlanH309) for the districts used to elect members in 2012 to the Texas House (court opinion). This plan is in effect for the 83rd Legislature (2013-2014).
Texas has 150 state representative districts. Each district has an ideal population of 167,637.
