Texas Council on Purchasing from People with Disabilities (TCPPD) program

The TCPPD program is dedicated to the furtherance of the state’s policy of encouraging and assisting persons with disabilities to achieve maximum personal independence by engaging in useful, productive employment activities. The council operates a purchasing program that is consistent with TCPPD’s purchasing program. For more information, please contact the council's purchasing team.
